Hitec / Multiplex USA is known throughout the hobby industry for providing the highest level of service and support for our products. This means support for both customers and dealers over the phone, the internet, at selected major events and R/C trade shows. Normal Schedule
Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Pacific Time
Summer Schedule (May 26th through August 28th)
Monday - Thursday 7:00 am to 4:30 pm / Every other Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm PDT
(The first Friday off will be June 5th the last will be August 28th)
